4 Teaser "Gulf Coast Jet" Daisy Chain with bird

Construction: 5" hard plastic bird, 4 ea premium 7 1/2" teasers rigged on 7 ft of 200# Mono, terminating with a Gulf Coast Jet in blue/white hair Skirt and a 10/0 forged Mustad hook.
Placement in Spread: off short rigger, with daisy chain bait about 5 - 8 ft behind adjacent spreader bar of same or complementary colors. Or off long rigger when not running spreader bar teasers.
Speed: 5 - 12 knots
Target: yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, blue marlin, black marlin, mahi mahi, wahoo, white marlin, sailfish

The Gulf Coast Jet is one of the most versatile lures ever made. Light weight, 6 jets, with lots of smoke, chasing a bird and teasers. I like to rig a ballyhoo on the 10/0 hook for trolling at lower speeds, and an artificial Blue Runner or Spanish Mackerel for trolling at higher speeds, when washout becomes a problem. This chain may be rigged on mono from 100 to 400# based on your fishing needs.
